Introducing GroupCamp’s new free online project management plan

We are happy to announce that we have designed a new Free plan for GroupCamp Project.
This brand new Free plan is designed for young startups, education and non-profit organisations. The free online project management plan comes without any time limitation provided account users sign in at least once over a period of 3 months. Inactive accounts will be cancelled following 2 email prior notices.
The changes to the free project management plan are as follows:

• You can now have 3 active projects in the Free plan instead of 1 project in the previous version.
• Your storage capacity is now upgraded to 300 MB instead of 10MB.
• The number of users is still unlimited.
• Security and user support are the same as for any paid GroupCamp plan.

We have also added the following limitations:
In the Tasks app :

• The number of task lists is limited to 10 per project
• the number of tasks in a list is limited to 10,
• For your whole account in a Free plan you can therefore manage a total of 100 tasks per project and 300 tasks for your whole account.

Please note that the Timelog application is disabled in the Free plan.
All the other GroupCamp applications come with all available features:

• You can still use your Gmail or Google Apps account to share Google Docs, synchronise your Google Calendar, or use the Gmail gadget,
• You can work with your existing email software : Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, Apple Mail, etc.
• You can access your Free accounts from your iPhone or Android web apps.

For existing accounts in the FREE plan of GroupCamp Project, your account is updated automatically. We hope you enjoy the new Free plan. Send us your thoughts.
