Online project management with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Contacts & Google Calendar for all Gmail users

After our recent announcement of a full integration of GroupCamp Project for all Google Apps office software, we are proud to announce that you can benefit from such integration with your regular Gmail or Google Account. For all Gmail or Google Accounts user, GroupCamp Project now allows you to sync with the following apps:

• Access to Google Contacts
• Access to Google Docs files
• Synchronization of tasks and milestones with Google Calendar
• (already available)Signing in with your Gmail/Google Account

You simply need to grant access to GroupCamp to all Gmail or Google Accounts you want to synchronize. Please note that for Google Apps users you can add additional Google Accounts you wish to connect.

Please note that authorizations are secured and are granted per user. Other users present in your GroupCamp account cannot access your personal information (contacts, calendar, etc…). You can revoke an existing authorization at any time.

Each time you want to add a Google account, a selection tool will allow you to choose the account you want to access (no need to sign out and signing in with a new account)

Using Google Docs within your online projects

The select tool allows you to choose the ccounts in which you want to access Google Docs files to share within your projects.

Accessing Google Contacts in your web-based projects

You can access your contacts present in your personal or professional Gmail account and invite them to join your online projects in your GroupCamp account.

Synchronizing your Google Calendar of your Gmail account

You can choose one of the calendars in your Gmail account and choose to update it with your assigned tasks and milestones which also allows you to have your project tasks in your Google France

Access to your online project management with your Google or Gmail account

You can provide multiple Google (Gmail), together with a Google Apps account to sign into your GroupCamp account.
